BeC's premise is simple: if the project doesn't pass the 3R Framework (Real Friction, Business Rule and Return on Investment) it doesn't happen. That decision avoided dozens of projects that would have generated technical debt with no return.

One single operation.
Company registered in Spain with European legal entity, senior technical team in Brazil. The combination guarantees an EU regulatory passport, real time-zone overlap with Europe and LatAm market context for projects with planned expansion.
European legal headquarters. Carlos Brandão operates from here as strategic CTO and primary point of contact for clients in Spain, Portugal and continental Europe, directly coordinating the technical team in Brazil. CET/CEST time zone, compatible with all of Europe.
Senior engineering team. Brazil concentrates one of the world's largest developer pools. The São Paulo team delivers closed projects and operates own products (PMR, IzyJob). GMT-3: 6-hour overlap with Spain.
Led by Hector Cachiotis, BeC System's LatAm Director. Gateway for European companies expanding into Latin America: Colombia, Peru, Chile and neighbouring markets. Technical execution stays in São Paulo; Cali handles the local regulatory and commercial context. GMT-5 timezone: full overlap with Brazil and partial with Spain.

Results before code
No project starts without answering: where exactly does this generate revenue or reduce cost? The 3R Framework is the filter we apply before the first commit. If there's no number, it doesn't happen.
Closed project, closed scope
Fixed price. Fixed timeline. No surprises on the final invoice. Scope creep is the biggest destroyer of tech projects, and the first thing we lock down in the proposal.
A CTO who operates, not just advises
Carlos has 4 own products in operation. That changes the kind of question he asks before any technical decision. This is not theory. It's skin in the game.
Limited capacity by design
Maximum 4 active projects per quarter. Carlos personally supervises each one. When we reach the limit, we notify you in advance and reserve the next slot.
